Registration:
In-person registration will be December 5,6,7 at the Mountain View Middle School (Commons area).
6:30-8:00 p.m.
Registrations are due by December 24th.
We encourage everyone who can use this online form to do so to help streamline the process, even if you’d like to stop by the in-person registration time to drop off payment, ask questions, etc.
We are in need of coaches, commissioners, referees, and volunteers for these groups. We hope to start games for this season in February 2024, but this depends on getting the coaches & volunteers required.
