Registration:
Online registration is open November 5 – December 19.
In-person registration for the 2026 season will be November 5, 6, 7 at the Mountain View Middle School (Commons area).
6:30-8:00 p.m.
Registrations are due by December 19th.
We encourage everyone who can use this online form to do so to help streamline the process, even if you’d like to stop by the in-person registration time to drop off payment, ask questions, etc.
We are in need of coaches, commissioners, referees, and volunteers for these groups. We hope to play 6 games this season starting in February 2026, but this depends on getting the coaches & volunteers required.

3rd & 4th grade boys or girls – $65 (includes jersey)
5th & 6th grade girls – $65 (includes jersey)
5th & 6th grade boys – $70 (includes jersey)
$2 processing fee for credit card payments
$30 discount per child that you are head coaching
